The Anusara Yoga Immersion is an in-depth journey for the student who wishes to deepen their understanding of Anusara Yoga. It will provide a solid base for all types of yoga studies. It is also for the aspiring teacher of Anusara Yoga and is a 100-hour training designed to meet the prerequisites of Anusara certification. In this comprehensive training, students will study every aspect of Anusara Yoga in detail. This includes: all asanas from the Level 1 and 2 syllabi, yoga philosophy, all components of the biomechanics of Anusara Yoga and the opportunity to be with great company and in the circle of friendship.

Special guests include Tantric philosopher Hareesh Wallis who will share the vision of Anusara Yoga as a radical affirmation of life. Brenda Rose Villa will facilitate ceremony and meditation in selected evening programs, and Natalie Donnelon will teach us about the ancient science of Ayurveda.

Each phase builds upon the previous phase, and each phase is a prerequisite to the following phase. Students with prerequisites fulfilled for Phase 1 or 2 may join in for the later portion of the training accordingly.
