​Join Kate for a sweet evening of gentle movement to prepare for seated guided meditation, insight contemplation, seasonal intention setting, and a deep relaxation to top it off.

This session is inspired by the holiday of Diwali.
​
Diwali is known as the Festival of Lights in India and is a celebration of the light that always exists — even in the times that feel dark. This evening session will include a mindful centering, an easy gentle movement session to release the day's tension and prepare for a sitting meditation. Kate will guide students through a classical meditation practice in order to calm and center the mind in preparation for an insight practice.
The insight practice is offered to guide you to your inner flame of wisdom and love. Here you are invited to connect to this light in order to support you and to potentially offer you some inner guidance to support you as we move into the darker corner of the calendar year.

Your inner light is always there to support you. Taking time to honor it and to practice becoming more effective in connecting to this powerful inner energy source is a valuable investment in your personal well-being and sense of empowerment.
Students can choose from a variety of meditation and/or relaxation postures to support the inner work of meditation, contemplation, insight practice, and relaxation.
