Teacher Training Updates:
We'd really love to hold a yoga lifestyle immersion & teacher training in 2021. We're working on figuring out logistics! What is most likely is the that we will offer a 200 > 300 successive ryt which will be a combination of online and in-person training. Please stay tuned!

New Year's Stay At Home Retreat

Join us for a day of Yoga, Meditation & Contemplation, Intention Setting, and Restoration with our New Year's At Home Day Retreat!
Release, Renew, and Rejuvenate for the New Year with Kate, Annie Bolling, and Alodie. With everyone mostly wintering over at home, we thought we'd do what we could to create something extra sweet and nourishing.
We're offering the retreat sessions as regular live stream classes. Sign up for one or sign up for all of them with a pass.
Click here to land on the class registration page page. Navigate to Saturday, January 9th and sign up for the classes you'd like to participate in. Once you sign up for a live-stream class, you will receive a link to the email address you used to register 30 minutes before each class.
Schedule for the Day....
8-9 am ~ Rise & Shine
The day will begin with a sweet "Rise and Shine Yoga" class with Annie Bolling. The class will begin gently and move to a gentle/moderate level to get you moving and feeling good for your day.
10:30 - noon ~ The Works!
The Works is Kate's signature 90 minute full-spectrum practice that includes yogasana (posture), contemplation/meditation, breath-work, and relaxation. This class is usually offered at a more intermediate level but will be tuned slightly down in intensity for our retreat day.
2 - 2:45 - New Year's Meditation
2:45 - 3:30 Journal / Art Journal Session
These two sessions are packaged together but you can choose to come to only the Meditation portion it the short art journaling lesson/session isn't up your alley — though we'd love to have you with us and think you'll thoroughly enjoy it. No art experience needed!!!!
4 - 5 Restorative Yoga with Alodie
Finish your day with a restful and rejuvenative Restorative Yoga practice.
