These series classes are offered to give you the opportunity to cultivate consistency and clarity in your practice. Content from class to class will be uniquely based on that week's theme according to class level and teacher's individual style.
New Beginners and those looking to move at a slower pace are invited to attend the New Beginner class on Tuesday night's for the most detailed descriptions of alignment. Regular class prices apply for all challenge classes and students are welcome to drop-in (and out;-) at anytime.

Kate Noble is so excited to be offering this open space for deeper inner connections to the energy of intuition and creativity. Join us for this monthly gathering at Shine under the light of the moon. A yummy "low & slow" led yoga practice will be followed by quiet space for individuals to sit in meditation, practice creative arts, or participate in intuitive healing practices. The space is here for you to get quiet and plug in to your insight and creative juices to bring clarity, light, and love more fully into the present moment. We will conclude our evening with a short community circle of support to share our insights and manifestations.
Format is as follows:
-
Short and gentle led yoga practice with the intention of decompressing from the day. Deep breathing, integrated stretching, and opening your intuitive and creative pathways will be the main focus of the yoga class.
-
Quiet time and space for you to meditate, journal, create, intuit, heal - what you do with the time is up to you. Kate will present an artistic project each session for anyone who is interested to play in that way. Please bring your favorite art supplies to use or share if you would like.
-
Circle of support and inner critic taming. We all have one - that inner critic who says we are not good enough to share our work or our voice. Sometimes that inner critic lashes out at others too. Our evening will end with safe and supportive sharing in order to help us find confidence and courage to let our creative and intuitive lights shine bright in the world.
There is no charge - but donations are appreciated to both support the space and to be shared with our charity of the month. We hope to see you there!

“ART IS A SPIRITUAL transaction.”
“The Artist’s Way is, in essence, a spiritual path, initiated and practiced through creativity”
“Just as doing Hatha Yoga stretches alters consciousness when all you are doing is stretching, doing the exercises in this book alters consciousness when “all” you are doing is writing and playing. Do these things and a breakthrough will follow-whether you believe in it or not. Whether you call it a spiritual awakening or not.
In short, the theory doesn’t matter as much as the practice itself does. What you are doing is creating pathways in your consciousness through which the creative forces can operate. Once you agree to clearing these pathways, your creativity emerges. In a sense, your creativity is like your blood. Just as blood is a fact of your physical body and nothing you invented, creativity is a fact of your spiritual body and nothing that you must invent.”
