A Place To Chat

I'm looking to create a virtual chat room and a way for you to find documents other than searching through email. Maybe this will work. Let's try it out. Please leave me a comment below. Either the single word contemplation or something else if you prefer?

In the mix of possibilities, can you choose one word to sum up how you are feeling now -- and -- one word to describe how you would like to feel moving forward?

Scroll down below the "recent posts" bar to leave your comment. You will create a Member name and user password to comment. Just type them into the Join / Sign In dialogue box and use the same name and password for future commenting and interaction.

I'm using an old blog here so please disregard any prior posts to this one. Feel free to read through for info or entertainment but they don't apply to our training. I'm leaving them up for reasons beyond the training.


I’m feeling uncertain right now (longer chat) and moving forward, hopeful that I will over come these current challenges.

I miss you all! Trying to find a balance between staying focused and doing the things I want to do (yoga, meditation, reading, writing my book) and just being nice to myself and relaxing (binge watching Project Runway and drinking wine).


I'm feeling great right now. Able to do my practices on the deck under the redbud tree blooming!!!! Not a total pollie annie though I'm worried about the future. I feel for the people dying. And I have anger about this situation that I'm spending extra time breathing through and talking to like minded people.

Feeling good about our reading material and class planning. Would love to talk to any of you if you want. Hope you all are coping well and aren't getting sick. Love, Cheri
