We're continuing to roll with the punches here at Shine in the time of Covid and are doing our best to produce high-quality yoga practices whether you are looking to practice in-person or from the sanctuary of your own home.

Currently we have a library of reciprocity videos up on YouTube. (Take what you need. Give what you can.) We are incredibly grateful for the donations that will hopefully help us to continue to remain open in an uncertain future. We know that yoga is one of the most healing and empowering practices around and are committed to providing the space and practices to help people navigate these turbulent times.

We have moved to offering many of our classes via Live-stream and we know have a On Demand video library on our MindBody website for $24 a month, or you can try a single class from our library for $8 ( must be used in 2 days ).
